How To Make A Valentine's Day Themed Breakfast With a Surprise Card

If you've ever received a handmade card from a friend, spouse, or child, you know how touching homemade cards are. In this Herbal Goodness article, we're going to show you how to add finishing touches to a delightful Valentine's Day breakfast in bed with a surprise card. Of course, you could buy a store made card. But, there's no better way to flex your creativity than to design and create your very own Valentine's Day breakfast card for the one you love.

For the Valentine's Day breakfast card, all you need is cardboard paper, a sheet of plain white copy paper, scissors, a thick marker, glue, and glitter. Choose your spouse's or lover's favorite color when picking a sheet of cardboard paper to work with.

Next, fold the paper in half. Decorate the front of the card by taping a copy of a color picture of your loved one and you. For example, you could glue a picture of your loved one and you holding hands.

On the inside of the card, glue the sheet of white copy paper. Write a poem or a personal note on the paper. Circle the writing with dots of glue. Sprinkle the glue with glitter. Want to add more splash to your Valentine's Day breakfast card? Border the inside of the card with small cutout pictures of fun times that you shared with your loved one.
